What a dashboard costs today

Every business dashboard gets built one of three ways, and all three break the same way: the numbers in it disagree with the numbers in finance, so nobody trusts it.

The Monday spreadsheet

Exports and VLOOKUPs, every week

Someone pulls six CSVs, pastes them into the same workbook, and fixes the formulas that broke since last time. It is current for about a day.

The BI project

A warehouse, a data model, a consultant

Months to stand up, a specialist to change, and the business rules live in a semantic layer nobody who runs the business can read.

The tool dashboard

One system's version of the truth

Your payment processor's dashboard knows payments. Your ad platform's knows ads. Neither knows the business, and they never agree with each other.

Mercury11 skips all three. You describe the dashboard. It reads every connected system, applies the rules your company has set, and builds it. When the data changes, so does the dashboard.

How it works

01

Connect what you already use

Sign in to your tools or paste a read-only key. Billing, books, CRM, ad platforms, analytics. Takes minutes, not a project.

02

Ask for the dashboard you want

In plain language. "Revenue, margin and marketing performance for leadership." Metis picks the tiles, reads the right sources and lays it out.

03

It stays right

Every tile shows its sources and the rules it used. When two systems disagree, Mercury11 asks the person who knows and remembers the answer. The dashboard updates itself.

Works with the tools you already pay for

  • QuickBooks
  • Xero
  • Stripe
  • Square
  • Google Ads
  • Meta Ads
  • Google Analytics
  • Search Console
  • HubSpot
  • Salesforce
  • Shopify
  • ServiceTitan
  • Jobber
  • CallRail
  • Google Sheets
  • Anything else: drop an export and it counts

Your dashboard runs on your rules, not the AI's guesses.

Ask a generic AI for CAC and it decides what counts as spend and what counts as a customer. Two prompts, two answers.

In Mercury11 the company decides once. When systems disagree, Metis asks the person who knows, saves the answer as a rule with their name on it, and every tile on every dashboard uses it from then on. If two answers ever conflict, an admin settles it. Nothing gets averaged away.

Every tile says which sources it read and which rules it applied, so anyone can check the work.

Dashboards people ask for in the first week

›Build me a leadership dashboard: revenue, gross margin, cash position and CAC, this month against last.
›Show marketing performance by channel with cost per lead and cost per customer, using our definition of a customer.
›Give me a Monday morning view: what changed last week and anything that needs a decision.
›Profit by service line, with refunds netted out and hardware counted at invoice.

Describe the dashboard. Have it in a minute.

Connect two or three sources, type what you want to see, and look at your own numbers laid out the way you asked. Free to start, and the trial clock only runs once you have your first answer.

Questions people ask first

Do I need SQL, a data warehouse or a data team?

No. There is nothing to model and no formulas to write. If you can sign into your accounting software you can set this up. If you already have a warehouse you can connect it too; it knows your data, Mercury11 learns your business.

Which systems does it connect to?

Billing and payments, accounting, CRM, ad platforms, web analytics, scheduling and field-service tools, and spreadsheets. Anything without a connection still works: export it and drop the file in, as often as you like.

How accurate is it?

Every tile shows the sources it read and the rules it applied. When two systems disagree, Mercury11 does not guess: it asks the person who knows, saves the answer as a rule, and uses it everywhere. If you spot a wrong number you can see exactly which rule produced it.

Who owns the data?

You do. Connections are read-only, each business sits in its own isolated database, disconnecting a source deletes its data, and you can export everything you have told us in one click. We never train models on your data.

How long does setup take?

Connecting a source takes a minute or two. Your first findings arrive after the first sync, usually within the hour, and you can ask for your first dashboard as soon as one source is in.

What does it cost?

One price for the whole company, not per seat. Plans start at $75 a month, month to month, no contract, with a 14-day free trial that begins at your first answer. See pricing.
