When does the free trial start?

When you get your first real answer, not when you sign up. Connecting systems and working through your first findings takes a few days, and we would rather you spend the trial using the product than setting it up.

What counts as a transaction?

Any row that represents a thing that happened: a payment, an invoice, a job, an order. We tell you your number once you have connected a source, so you never have to guess which plan fits.

What happens if I do not upgrade?

Nothing gets deleted. You drop back to one source and your existing answers stay exactly as they are, so picking it back up later costs you nothing.

Do I need someone technical?

No. There is nothing to model, no formulas to write, and no dashboard to build. If you can sign into your accounting software, you can set this up.

Can I get out?

Monthly, cancel any time, and you can export everything you have told us in one click. Your answers about your own business belong to you.

What if my tool is not supported?
